Mamaload contains biotin which contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. One serving also provides 3g of collagen, which contains amino acids to build keratin in your hair.

Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. Collagen contributes to the elasticity of the skin.
To recover from childbirth
One dose (3 measuring spoons providing 7.5g of powder) provides 3g of marine collagen. Collagen contains, among other things, glycine which promotes muscle repair and glutamine for protein synthesis.
Did you have a caesarean section? A study has shown that marine collagen can significantly promote uterine incision healing.
Usage tips
Take 3 measuring spoons of powder per day (i.e. 7.5g of product in total) to dilute in the drink of your choice (vegetable drink made from oats, buckwheat, almonds, coconut, etc.).
